Each postal entry must include:

* Full Name

* Postal Address

* Email Address

* Contact Telephone Number

* Competition or Game Name

Only one free postal entry is permitted per person, per competition or game.

If a participant wishes to enter multiple competitions or games, a separate envelope and postal submission must be sent for each individual competition or game.

Multiple competition or game entries submitted within a single envelope will be deemed invalid and will not be entered into the draw.

Postal entries must be received before the stated closing date of the relevant competition or game.

Incomplete, duplicate, illegible, fraudulent or non-compliant entries may be rejected.

Valid postal entries will be treated equally to paid entries and will have the same chance of winning.

7. Winner Selection

Winner selection methods will be explained on the relevant competition or game page. Decisions are final.

8. Winner Verification

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age and UK residency.

9. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value where necessary.

11. Refunds

Entry fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued where a competition or game is cancelled.

12. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
